Evernote 5.0 for iPhone and iPad available now with drastically improved user interface
Evernote looks to be righting some of the wrongs with its suite of applications: after giving its Mac app a total refresh, the team has now released version 5.0 of its iOS offering. The update introduces a complete redesign to the note-syncing app, (thankfully) tossing away the outdated, button-filled user interface of old. Gone is the iOS-standard black navigation bar, and in is a unique Evernote design scheme.
